Jenny Løvlie is a children's book illustrator from Norway. Her love of nature shines through her work and she draws inspiration from the wild landscapes of Scandinavia, nordic folklore and Scandinavian design.
Jenny was very excited to create illustrations for our new Nutcracker range, she focused on creating fresh images that would spark the imagination of children. Having watched our production many times she picked three pivotal moments to illustrate. Jenny was thrilled about the project and how important showcasing a diverse cast of characters was to the Royal Opera House.

Our new festive Nutcracker prints are designed by Jenny Lovlie exclusively for the Royal Opera House. There are three to choose from featuring Jenny's enchanting illustrations: Fleeing the Mouse King, Calra and Herr Drosselmeier and The Kingdom of Sweets.
Expertly printed by King & McGaw, the image area of this print measures 28 × 20 cms and comes with a small border (full size: 28 x 36 cms)
