Elena Deshmukh is an artist and maker. Her experience as a textile designer, embroidery artist and printmaker has developed a personal style which combines her love of drawing, colour, texture and detail.
In collaboration with the Royal Opera House, Elena Deshmukh has created an exclusive collection of ceramics and stationery. Drawing inspiration from the rich archives and architecture of the Royal Opera House her designs celebrate the enchanting experience of a night at the theatre.
Inspired by the beautiful blue and gold details of the Main Stage auditorium ceiling, the box and matching lid draw on Elena's designs that feature elements from the gold gilt frescos. Made of fine bone china, in the Potteries, Stoke on Trent.
