Working in collaboration with the Royal Opera House, Ola have produced a range of stationery with the focus on quality craftsmanship. Every item draws upon traditional techniques to produce contemporary yet simple designs referenced by architecture, geometry, theatre, ballet and the opera.
The geometric shapes created in gold foil against a blue paper stock background represent the striking architecture of the Paul Hamlyn Hall. An integral part of the Royal Opera House since 1958, it previously housed the floral market before becoming first a wartime dance hall and then a scenery store. Today it is a much-loved public part of the theatre, and this card celebrates its iconic appeal. Complete with cream envelope and packaged in biodegradable cellophane.
